My account was moved to Plesk, however, its still showing the old site hosted on CP with an invalid SSL cert. My domain is owned by Godaddy and I have the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and n2.heliohost.org. Is there something else that I am suppose to change for DNS?

Hello! Thank you again for everything you do! I have an error every time I try to upload via FTP, It just gives me a permission denied issue which is what I was facing a few months back and some permissions had to be adjusted but I still having this permission issue. It also gives me errors if I try to delete a folder, the only time I can get around it, is to skip the trash.... Also, in my public_html domain folder, a folder keeps recreating itself every-time I try to delete it. I am assuming its part of my website. Krydos - I tried moving and uploading the files to the domain folder and I keep getting a Access Denied. I also tried creating a separate FTP account for just the domain and got Error detected with pure-quotacheck for dopplerdave [/home/davidbb/public_html/dopplerdave.info]: Can't enter directory [/home/davidbb/public_html/dopplerdave.info]: [Permission denied]

Thanks, Krydos. I was able to add the domain now but oddly the public html folder for the domain is still empty despite uploading content to it repeatedly. I also still see the account queued page when going directly to the site.

Ahhh. I looked in the domains and did not see it so I tried adding it but got this error. (XID c4frab) A DNS entry for “dopplerdave.info” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

Hello Support I've donated a few times under my old account and then at one point I had to create a new account which I then donated again but I think my account status has not updated as a result and I also see the Donate for server move request when trying to access my site. Here is my info New username: davidbb - donated on Sept 7, 2019 - account inactivity still at 30 days. old usernames = davebb,beebz,beebedl - donated 3 or 4 times previously. Site: dopplerdave.info

Can I just keep this account suspended but release my domain so I can register it with the account I created when I donated to you? If i could also get a backup of the sql database, that would be even more awesome.

I honestly have no idea. I have not changed anything and my account has a secure password. It did have a weak password a few months ago before I changed it though

No, just myself....those DNS settings are not anything I entered or even notice...

I do have another account I created after I donated that I can transfer my domain to but I will need a backup of my SQL account

I had that issues before because there was random email accounts being generated on my website but I have since turned email registration off so I am not sure what is causing it? You have any insight and able to resume my account?
