  1. Yeah okay, I guess I should just be patient. I will reply back if I still have problems in a couple of days. Also, thanks for the .htaccess tip.
  2. I'm new to Heliohost and on my website, sometimes I will repeatedly get error 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. Then, refreshing the page a few seconds later and everything loads fine - only to get a 503 error a few seconds later. Is it because of the amount of people using the site? Is it because this is a new account? Is it because I just recently switched domains (two days ago) ? Can Heliohost simply not manage the amount of people going to the website? The Error Log in the CPanel doesn't say anything. I am on Stevie. http://marbleblastultra.tk/ is the borked website.
  3. Thank you for the quick reply. Hopefully it works by then.
  4. I am trying to switch my .tk domain over from x10hosting to Heliohost right now. I changed the nameservers for the .tk domain, and DNS shows it did switch, and on Heliohost I used the domain switcher script to set the main domain to my .tk one. However, now every page results in a single line being returned. "Domain document root not found." In the File Manager however, when I choose the document root for the domain it brings me to the correct folder. Also, FTP hasn't switched yet. Should I just wait? Do I need to do something?
  5. Thank you very much, yes that fixed my problem.
  6. Yes, it indeed is. It's a sql file just over 2 MB in size, exported from phpMyAdmin 4.2.11 . I am on Stevie. PS Huge thanks for the fast reply!
  7. I was impressed by HelioHost's list of features so I'm moving from x10hosting to Heliohost but cannot import my MySQL Database from there via phpMyAdmin. #1146 - Table 'marbleb2_mbserver.adminnotify' doesn't exist Even though I can import the SQL file fine locally with XAMPP, it seems that HelioHost won't import it. Is this a common problem?
