dear, after a suspended service I'm not been able to login in my account. I reset password but I can't login anymore. the account is fedeener. please fix the issue.

no error is showing. the queries seems to finish well but no data have been saved.

dear, after the repair of the db by the admin I'm unable to write on the db, only read. the db is fedeener_marcatempo. Regards

I have fixed the problem on MySql changing the pwd of the account and deleting/creating USER for the database. Now I can access with phpmyadmin but one table is not accessibile and the big problem is that I can't access DB from remote. Pls help me.

So ok but in the meantime can you activate my website? I need it. regards

dear, my account epmonitaraggi.heliohost.org was suspended, I think because I had no access to my account for 30 days. the problem is that I can't access to heliohost.org and I can't renew the account. the browser tell me about a problem to resolve the name, there is somenthing I don't know? Regards
