Helo I'm aware of the HelioNet is being DDoS attack.. Just a curiousity of asking, If my account is being created or queue. I'm unable to reach my cPanel neither from my domain or from HelioNet Homepage.. I also didn't receive any information regarding ftp server access .. Is HelioNet going to send me another mail or this is the only one after creation? Thanks for your kindness replies.
