Hi there, I signed up for a hosting account on the 7th of this month with a registered domain martshouse.co.cc. The name servers have been set as ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. According to www.co.cc, the domain is fully active and registered; I have another domain registered with them associated with a separate hosting company, and this domain displays in the same way on the domain management page at www.co.cc, so I don't think it is my configuration - this other domain functions perfectly. My account details are as follows: Dear musicman, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information: Username: musicman (note: case sensitive!) Domain: martshouse.co.cc Control Panel URL: http://martshouse.co.cc/cpanel Please note that it will take up to 24 hours before you can log in, and up to 48 hours before your website is up and running. Regards, HelioHost Staff Whenever I try to access the URL, I get a 'Page cannot be found' error in Firefox and a 'Cannot find server' error in IE8. Attempting to log in to cPanel fails as well, from both the heliohost.org login panel and from http://martshouse.co.cc:2082 (the direct access gives the same error as attempting to access the URL. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mart
