I got an error message when I register on Johnney server. I used "cuastro" as username, same for domain name and got a lowercase password. But after submitting I got the following error: We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later. What should I do?

First, I have to thanks all admins and moderators devote their time and effort in keeping heliohost alive. However, I wonder if adding a note of "MYSQL cannot use InnoDB as engine and phpPgAdmin is down" in the home page on heliohost or new user account email would be a good idea. Thanks.
