I've 2 websites named sgjava.tk (Johnny) & sgservices.tk (Stevie). When I'm trying to login to cPanel with correct details I'm getting the error "Login attempt failed" or sometimes "Invalid login". The problem is on my both websites. What is the reason for the errors?

Python script is not working when openin .py file I'm getting 500 Internal Server Error. I've set the file permition of the python script to "0755" and I've added the code "AddHandler cgi- script .py .cgi .pl .perl" to the .htaccess file and also I've added the handler "cgi-script" as ".py .cgi .pl .perl" from cPanel's "Apache Handler" section. When I've opened the subdomain I've redirected to WHM, with prompting username and password. And I've entered my username and password, which I've given during registration. This username and password works on cPanel but not on WHM. I want to know why? Please help me, how to login in WHM.
