Also its furry that the cPanel is extremly fast, also file managging too But my site and looks like other's site is down too, so thats bad :/

People's mail may be blocking you because of the amount of email sent out.

edit:looks like i e-mailed about it^^ the limit is 60 e-mails/h per user

I have a phpbb3 forum installed on my helio, the registration e-mail is usualy (or always) have been sent successfully to users, but if i tryes to send a mass e-mail(to every user) it doesnt sends the e-mail to anyone. So the problam is because the amount of e-mails or i need to set something else right.

I dunno, 42k users stay on ftp on the whole day? i was able to connect to the ftp in the morning, than those max user error was always come up. :/ I hope servers will be stabilished soon

You should clean your browser's cache

Just keep browsing your browser's options than i gurante you that you will find the way

I got the same problem. But if i type /index.php for example, the site will show up, but if i just try the simple domain name, those Account Queded page will appear.

For now i cleared my cache, but i wonder that my visitors dont know about that bug :S cuz i cant realy inform them about the situation

I just changed from another free host to helio, and after i installed my phpbb board, i get strange errors(500, insternal server error). It gaves me randomly, and when i check the error log from cpanel, it says the next:

[error] [client 66.***.71.99] (12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/botforum/public_html/viewtopic.php

And as i used google, the problem is related to the hoster ( or not )

Any ideas?
