I tried to add the domain when the Server Load was below 4,was waiting 24 hours, but it didn't become active.

I tried to add an addon domain. But it didn't appeared in the list even in 48 hours.

• Username: Eaglet
• Default domain name: eaglet.heliohost.org
• Addon domain name: blog.eaglet.net.ru

So do they demand two DNS nameservers with different IP's? But we have identical.

It seems I can't park my domain here?

here my domain provider is: http://www.ripn.net

Need help.I want to park a domain. But I can't change DNS nameservers in my domain interface(ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org). An error occured ("You must specify at least two nameservers in different /24 networks - FATAL ERROR!").

How can I solve it?

Also i can't find how to contact the heliohost support.
