I tried to add the domain when the Server Load was below 4,was waiting 24 hours, but it didn't become active.

So do they demand two DNS nameservers with different IP's? But we have identical. It seems I can't park my domain here?

Need help.I want to park a domain. But I can't change DNS nameservers in my domain interface(ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org). An error occured ("You must specify at least two nameservers in different /24 networks - FATAL ERROR!"). How can I solve it? Also i can't find how to contact the heliohost support.
