How can i move to Stevie?

I use CloudFlare, and often my website is not loading. PS: I'm from Brazil, and i blocked various others countries from acessing my website.(That includes USA.) PPS: When i stop CloudFlare, the same problem happens, so i guess it's a problem with the host. If you need, i can unblock USA. Webiste: www.okev.in Server: Johnny Username: kevimedu

HelioHost username: kevimedu My HelioHost server: johnny My Main Domain: okev.in (redirect to my twitter(using CloudFlare)(I can change later, it's just for the visitors don't see the queued page), but if i put /index.html redirect to HelioHost queued page.)
