Does anyone know how the server load was caused? I seem to get tens of thousands of page hits on only one day, then nothing for a while. Any idea how to stop that? I have increased security on Cloudflare.

Why is my account suspended? If it was bandwith, Cloudflare reports over 100K page views that are not normal. What should I do about it? Will you also please unsuspend it.

I have no idea what is wrong. I read about DNS issues, but that should not be a problem. My domain provider has the DNS set to cloudflare, and cloudflare to the shared IP. Sometimes the main domain works, and sometimes it does not, but math.tristan.tk just stays at unreachable.

EDIT: math.tristan.tk worked for a short wile, but after it was refreshed, it went back to unreachable.

I don't understand why this is something that HelioHost has to buy/pay for. The free version (http://ecocms.com/1_4_Download-CMS-System-for-Free.html) you just download the ZIP file to your computer, extract it, and away you go.

The free version sucks. The add page button is pro only, and there is no templates feature.

What 'extra features' would VPS have?

It would just be for running apps/programs.

It'd be impossible. We can't set up 20000 VMs on one system. Right now each server has like 2 VMs each for operating purposes.

Most likely impossible, but it cannot hurt to ask if the Heliohost could have VPS'? As in 250MB disk, unlimited bandwidth, exactly as the normal stuff, just with VPS access to run programs? Maby limited bandwidth for VPS? Impossible/to much work? Maby with post-to-get-VPS?

i changed ssl to my other provider, but my website (tristan.cz.cc) still is using old ssl (hell-of-bsod.heliohost.org)

yesterday, my site had a problem after your ip switch, and i was told i need to re-request my dedicated ip. when my site was back up, there was already an ip there, and i had some ssl thing from your host. when i try to connect to https i get an ssl error (untrusted) and it is issued to you (hell-of-bsod.heliohost.org) signed by ca cert. Is this not shared ssl?

Would it be possible, to add shared SSL, and not use ca cert? they are untrusted. Please can you use Start SSL (www.startssl.com). Its free, and trusted.

What do i add to .htaccess? and were?

I tested something out -- whenever i auto install, the images dont show. SSL or not, http or https, the images wont show on any other domain except for tristan.cz.cc.

i am not familiar with .htaccess, or apache, so i will need very detailed help.

Ive setup my SSL. when i visit https://tristann.tk, connects to the wrong directory (public_html which is the directory of one of my other sites) , but when i visit http://tristann.tk, it goes to the proper directory (public_html/tristann.tk).on the https one, the images dont show. can you fix this? (the http:// one should say index of/, i never put anything there)
