I have not had more than 50 people visit my website per day!!! Why does this keep happening to me?

I apparantely have been resuspended despite barely using any resources at all!!! PLEASE HELP!

I was recently temporarily suspended for using "too many resources" and when they unsuspended it, this started occurring. It still has not fixed itself and I have not changed anything.

I've received the Error Establishing a Database Connection error for the last 4 hours. It usually does not last nearly this long and I was wondering if there was a way this could be fixed. My website is: MannyRutinel.com My username is: trutinel

I've been trying to find up to date information regarding if whether gzip is enabled on this server or not. Also, if it is enabled, then which type of gzip is enable? (mod_deflate or mod_gzip). Thank you in advance for your help.
