haha, its funny. before, suddenly my domain has gone from my cpanel (i dont know why) and files too, and now its already owned by other. and heeeyyyy !!! my files are there http://soercorp.heliohost.org/inspireclothcom/ please, it is my files. I make sure that is my files, I can show you the old backup of domain inspirecloth.com to convince you that I was the owner of the domain. i want my files back :(/&--#62;

None of the data on your site is our responsibility and that's why we stress that you backup your files. Please read the Terms of Service: http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms There is no log for us to go back to and I doubt very seriously that any of the staff deleted your addon domain. Are you sure you didn't accidently delete it yourself or maybe somebody else who has access to your account? I mean, can you see with a log what is being user done in the cpanel? If a user is known not doing removal (remove addon-domain in cpanel), it means there is something wrong in your system.

2. As stated in the wiki my account wasn't deleted dude. just my add on domain was deleted. i still can loggin to cpanel. all of my data was gone, is there no responsibilty about that? maybe you have the log ? heliostaff may have deleted my addon domain?
