I wish to request for Heliohost to disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 for all its users.

Given that the industry is moving forward with depreciating TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 and with browsers dropping support for these versions - Microsoft (July 2020), Google (July 2020), Mozilla (June 2020) and Apple (March 2020), and with TLS 1.0 no longer acceptable for PCI DSS compliance, this move would help increase the security of all websites secured with SSL.

TLS 1.3 also offers increased speed for users, and with the percentage of connections on TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 steadily decreasing, I believe it is the right time to disable them for all heliohost users.

I am also experiencing the same issue.

Although my account is active, I am unable to log in to the Stevie server. I have tried resetting my password, but my password continues to be wrong even when I reset my password. FTPs are also down. The only exception would be that the site is still up and running.

I really hope this issue can be resolved. My heliohost username is smartdog, on Stevie server.

I would like the mods to help me with "forced" account deletion.

I have created an heliohost account a long time ago by the username of jiajun , and closed it since I dont use hosting anymore.

After a while , I decided to continue using heliohost hosting , but when I tried creating an account on stevie server by the username of jiajun , it said that there was an account error:

Dear jiajun,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has accounted an error during installation. The error is:

Sorry , a mysql user with the name jiajun already exists.

I would like to request for heliohost to update cPanel to 11.38 and above.

The reason is simple : Server Name Indication (SNI).

This will allow many people to use SSL on shared ip addresses , but only on modern addresses. Still , this is a good feature to talk about.

yes... I accidentally changed the domain to jiajunstore.com When I found out the error, I changed back to jiajunstore.helioost.org
