  1. It's been a week and I am still having problems.... http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17950-addon-domain-name-error-from-park-wrapper/ Please help.
  2. username: marion main domain: blaisemarion.com server: stevie
  3. So the NS records seems to have propagated: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/marionfamily.org I still can not add the domain. Help!
  4. I will try this. I want to keep emails separate so I have MX records going to Google. Are NS records compatible with that? Thank you.
  5. I am trying to add a Domain Name in the cPanel. I get this error: Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 65.254.254.172,66.96.142.148 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. For info: The Domain Name A records were change yesterday and are pointing to 216.218.192.170 I am adding marionfamily.org which I own. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Can someone help me fix this? Thank you.
  6. Well, it seems I have found the answer to my own question. For anyone looking for the answer: the IP is listed on the left in your cPanel in the stats. Be patient and it will work.
  7. Hi Everyone, Could not find this info with the search feature... though I am sure I am not the first one to ask. Here is my current setup: - Domain registered and active. - Email setup for Google Apps (when it was still free) using MX Records with my domain name registrar. Works great! My question is: What are the A Records (and all DNS Settings) for HelioHost so that the web traffic can be redirected to the server with registrar? I am on Stevie none SSL if that makes a difference. I had it previously setup that way with another host and it worked well at the time. I figured if my host has some downtime, it is not a big deal as email will still be up (the day Google is all down, we are all doomed!) and the host can contact me by e-mail. For me e-mail is more important then my website as I can still be contacted to fix it. Moderators: Could we have these settings posted as a sticky? Thanks for all the hard work.
