By now the nameserver is host in other host, for "blendergamedesign.com" work the nameserver is needed to be active in "ns1.heliohost.org, ns2.heliohost.org"?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here. Im a luck man because i found this host trough my hard journey to found a perfect one ^^. Problem: Since I have creat the account, I am having problems with FTP address "ftp.blendergamedesign.com", when I try co connect with Filezilla client, the password never match. I would to know if there is an alternative address like number IP. This is very important for me, thanks. Obs: By now the nameserver is hosted in other host for emergengy only.
