Happends on stevie too. It worked on stevie and johnny a few days ago. Not sure what happened since today since it was working yesterday. Sorry. That is a bug in mediawiki that was fixed. it all works now.

I belive it is johnny who is being the problem maybe a config is set wrong on johnny. Could someone fix it please. I think johnny and stevie are a problem. Because if I try connecting to johnny from stevie it brings up a different error message to when johnny connects to stevie. SO may be a problem with both servers could this be fixed please.

Hi yes. But it comes up with this error (Cannot access the database: Connection timed out (216.218.192.170)) not the one that says access denied to this username and the ip or host. So it may be because of a configuation problem either on johnny or stevie. I would have to say johnny because i tryed to connect to another remote mysql host and the same error happend but different ip.

Hi when i try to connect to other mysql servers like to stevies it keep getting Cannot access the database: Connection timed out connecting to stevies mysql worked before but then stoped working at some point. Oh ok thanks. Would you know if the new server will be able to support more users since if it does that means it could possibly be faster. Also would we get an increase in our disk usage from 500mb to 1gb or is it staying the same. Also would there be two new servers to replace the old stevie and johnny servers. and would the servers behind heliohost be upgraded.

I doint believe it will use up all the resolves but I believe it would use up some more of the server memory meaning more install space but since php would be pre installed you would not need to install it on a per account basis. I think that Cpanel understand that web hosts doint have the resources to do that so I think they optimised it. But I could be wrong. But php7 is made to be faster and to be optimised to use less memory.

Hi this is a suggestion but could you update cpanel to 11.52 on stevie and johnny. The release is in the stable branch and include multi php support meaning you could set the default php for example php5.3 and a user would have the abaliity to select a different php version such as php 5.4 or 7 without causing any problems for any other users.

Hi it seems that http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ is broken because server tracking is no longer avalible it shows the colour white instead of the normal colours. The tracking is broken for stevie and johnny. It seems the server time is stuck at December 28 2015 http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/server-time/

Hi please could someone reactive my account please. I know there is a tool that does it but when i type in my username it keeps saying searching. I found that if you loging into phpmyadmin and you hit The website cannot display the page or similar error then click back on phpmyadmin doint click login againt just login in first into phpmyadmin using you phpmyadmin user account then go back to cpanel tab then re click phpmyadmin it should work. Ive been getting that problem. It seems that phpmyadmin isent correctly logging in people.

Hi please enable paper lantern theme on stevie. The theme is really modern. It is enabled on johnny but not on stevie.
