Sorry I haven't change the password, and I don't have any other email acc on my cpanel.

What have you done to prevent spam from being sent from your account? I do not know how this could happen, I have checked and scanned my computer with antivirus, And it's clean. I use MS Outlook for email client. All i can do is to delete my previous email acc, and create a new one with different username. Any suggestions?
