Ok so on my Stevie server account ( username: zharry ) I want to add an add-on domain called blogsquared.tk. This addon domain previously existed on my Johnny server account ( username: advharry ). I have removed the addon domain from my Johnny server but I can still visit the blogsquared.tk and reach my Johnny server.

When I try to add an add-on domain on my Stevie account it says blogsquared.tk is owned by another user.

What are the steps I need to take or can an admistrator help me?

Hmm, yeah know what, i think that works. :)/&--#62;/&--#62;

And, don't put HTML in a post, because i had to open a new about:blank page and insert the code into there to accually read it.

EDIT: That post came out as HTML for me, it's fine now.

I want it reset because I want to re-orgaznize my site, mail and dns stuff.

It is too messy, i already made a backup so if someone can reset it that would be great.

I was recently suspened and unsuspended twice for high server load, but i was barely using anything.

I was only going on my site when i need to and login into cpanel once a week. No FTP, MySQL only client side javascript and PHP.

Why am i getting suspened for high server load when i am not using any reasources, is there anything that can fix this?

I do not wish to be suspened forever so, i don't know how to prevent this.

I was recently un-suspended because of high server load, but now i am suspended again, i was barely using any of the services only login in to cpanel to renew my account and occationally going onto my site, why is it suspended?

If this was because of high server load, is there anything that can be done to limit what process are running? What is the max amount of processes (I heard somewhere it was 7, i want to make sure).

Did not lose any of my files?

I was not using too much resources because only the website was running, i barely accessed it and only used it for my bf interpreter and generator which I have permission from it's owner to use(if you want proof i can give it to you). I logged in to my cpanel every single week to make sure it was still running until a few days ago it couldnt log in and my site gave me a suspeneded page. I did not break any of the rules. Can i have my account unspended please? Did i loose any of my stuff?

Oh and another thing, is it possible to delete the blogsquared.tk account because I would like to use that domain.

That was a account that both me and my friends use for a project. Are the files all lost? Or can I get it back?

If it is nesseary, can I at least get my zharry.tk and adv-zharry.tk back.

I have dual account previllages and my account is not inactive or taking too much resources.

I do frequently login to blogsquared.tk because that is a project that me and my friend are both working on.

Can I have my account unsuspended or at least zharry.tk unsuspended?

I didn't know that you had to request for dual account privileges so here I am now.

My first account is "zharry" on the domain "zharry.tk"

My second account is "advharry" on the domain "adv-zharry.tk"

My reason for using two accounts is because with my first account I want to use like a blog to put my projects and downloads.

My second account I want to use it for experimental uses for ASP, and JSP because you are one of the hosts that support ASP and JSP.

I think this also happened to me, I know how to solve that - I think

Make sure that the folder you are deleting is not made as a subdomain. And then delete through FTP.

How do i fix this or where is the web config file?

I have a subdomain like "subdomain.mydomain.com" and another site like "myotherdomain.com". How do I make it so that my subdomain site will show the contents of myotherdomain.com.

So like on myotherdomain.com for example there is a directory like "test", I want to be able to acess the folder "test" on my subdomain like "subdomain.mydomain.com/test".

I created a subdomain but it does not give what I uploaded into it instead gives the account queued page, is that suppose to happen?

But when I access the subdomain thought my domain like mydomain.com/subdomain instead of subdomain.domain.com it works regularly.

I made a new Stevie account and now when I check my status at "http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status" it says

"Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache. "

I have refreshed my cache and still see nothing, there is no account queued page. What should I do?

I am still able to go onto my site. When I register for Stevie it will work? Because when I go onto my main page it says the not found but I am still able to go to something like "cpanel.zharry.tk" and will still show up.

I want to switch from the Johnny server to the Stevie server but I requested a account deletion and then I went onto my site but it was still there, when I tryed to login to cpanel I can't login. Then I tried to register a new account but it says my domain exisits in the server. Now when I go onto my site it says it is suspended.

My username was "harry987"(I want my new username to be "zharry") and my domain is "zharry.tk", my server was on Johnny and now I want to move to Stevie.

If an administrator can delete my domain from the server and clear everything from the user "harry987".

I really want to move from Johnny to stevie for stability.
