Why so silent. Is here ever any hosting admin??? Can someone help with my problem???

Hello there! I received a letter on November 2, with attention that my account (username: yapet) has been suspended until I renew it. In that letter I would also be informed that my account will be permanently deleted after 15 days after that warning. But it seems that the account was deleted more early than informed; I can't run my site http://minsk-fir.co.cc and login into c-panel. Unfortunately, I didn't have possibility to read my e-mails, therefore I couldn't immediately renew my account after warning. When I try to renew my subscription, I have got the message "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error" I would be appreciated if admins are explaining what is happened with my account and you could restore it.
