The cPanels for massive amounts of accounts are still not working. I'd love some status report from djbob. Is it some faulty script which didn't insert some crucial information and he's trying to recover data sent into nowhere? Is it simply some cPanel internals error and the support ticket is stalled?
There are more possibilities than I want to list. Don't any admins have his (mobile) phone number and could call him to report back or something? This constant unclarity about the current situation annoys me, to be honest. I know that HelioHost has a lot of potential, probably being the best free host around once this problem is finally resolved. If there's a way just about anyone could help debugging/tracing the problem's roots, it'd be nice to know, too.
