Hello, The cPanels for massive amounts of accounts are still not working. I'd love some status report from djbob. Is it some faulty script which didn't insert some crucial information and he's trying to recover data sent into nowhere? Is it simply some cPanel internals error and the support ticket is stalled? There are more possibilities than I want to list. Don't any admins have his (mobile) phone number and could call him to report back or something? This constant unclarity about the current situation annoys me, to be honest. I know that HelioHost has a lot of potential, probably being the best free host around once this problem is finally resolved. If there's a way just about anyone could help debugging/tracing the problem's roots, it'd be nice to know, too. Thanks, CuleX

Good news! I always knew that you guys at heliohost know what you're doing. rain.heliohost.org is up, but the cPanel login isn't currently working. However, any progress is already very welcome. I'd like to thank the HelioHost staff for being so patient with people like me

Apparently a lot of accounts are up and just have no working CPanel. I can't confirm that, though. Four days since my confirmation e-mail about rain.heliohost.org have passed, neither CPanel is up nor the site reachable, ending with an "unknown host" error. I don't know where the problems are, but I smell something like DNS trouble. But I don't know. I know that you guys are doing your best getting everything to work, I just would like to see some kind of status report. Thank you for your patience and kind support, CuleX
