  1. Google AdSense is most definitely not the only way you can monetize your website. In fact, there are thousands of companies out there looking to advertise on your website. You can manually sell ads yourself, too. Personally, my bookmarks being heavy with webcomic links, I see a lot of Project Wonderful ads. I've checked out their site and they seem cool. They can be found here.
  2. Mac OSX Tiger. I'd like to try Linux some time, but I don't wanna mess up my computer trying to install it (I'm more "techie" than your average person, but still a total noob). XD

Huh, that band's from Edmonton? I lived there for about 12 years...actually just moved to Vancouver about one year ago.
  4. A simple Google search turns up dozens of pages claiming it's a scam. Furthermore, I've checked it out myself, and found most of the offers to complete require you to give your cell phone number and charge you a $2 fee for answering the survey if you read the fine print - and those offers don't even give you $1 back in return for the effort. I'd watch out for them. If you really want to make money online, you need to dig a little deeper.
  5. Heya. I'm LadyK - the K stands for Keshia. I just signed up today. I'm a novice blogger, planning to write about writing in a blog called "Ink Drops". I want to monetize the blog via ads and/or possibly an affiliate program. I'm into both reading and writing fantasy, art, animation, and MMORPG's - I used to play a bunch of free ones, but I've recently fallen prey to World of Warcraft. The people in my previous MMORPG refer to it as having "joined the dark side". XD I aspire to be an animator when I "grow up", and dream of having my own show some day. I'd like to do a web cartoon at some point, though I'll likely get paid hosting for that when it happens.
