    I am sorry for the lack of accuracy. It is pure incompetence and my being unfamiliar with the exact meaning of the terms. Not having access to my account makes it more difficult to be sure.

     

    I try to log in at https://heliohost.org/login/ with either of 3 usernames (mariusm9, mariusm98 and my e-address) and 2 passwords (an old one and one I made just now when resetting), but I only get "Invalid login" as a return.

     

    If I am posting this in the wrong place, please let me know where to go.

  2. I sent an e-mail from my personal account ZZZ@gmail.com to my business account hosted at Heliohost YYY@goldchain.com.br, and get the error message below in return. The original message arrived well in the Squirrelmail inbox, but failed to arrive at XXX@hotmail.com, to which all e-mail to YYY@goldchain.com.br is set to be forwarded.

     

    To my untrained eye, this seems to be a problem within the hotmail domain. Any suggestions on how to remedy?

  3. I am slowly building a site (goldchain.com.br) and set it up with an e-mail (fortaleza@goldchain.com.br). I then sent a test mail from my gmail to said e-mail and it took about 10 hours to appear in the SquirrelMail inbox on Heliohost.

     

    I did a second test about an hour ago, and this one still has not arrived the SquirrelMail inbox. I keep refreshing by the "check mail" button every few minutes.

     

    Any idea what may be causing this delay?

    I have used them before with Heliohost DNS and had different issues, but never this kind of error message from Heliohost.

     

    I have followed you advice and changed my main domain. Let's see what happens.

     

    By the way, I am a bit surprised that this thread has been tagged as "solved". I would't consider it so myself, until I actually manage to add this addon domain.

  6. The registrar informs that their message simply means that "the indicated DNS server is not configurated for the domain". I.e. Heliohost is not configurated for felipeladrao.com.br

     

    Which sounds reasonable, since I have not succeeded in adding it as an addon domain.

     

     

    Does the problem not lie with Heliohost?

  8. I have not been able to edit my files in C-panel for many months. Whenever I moved the cursor onto the "edit html"-icon, the text "javascript void" appeared in the lower left corner of the browser.

     

    Now, all of a sudden, I can edit files, only not my "index.html"file. When I open it in the html editor only the first 30 lines of code appear, the rest seems to be missing. Only it can't be missing, since the page still displays well in a browser: mariusm98.heliohost.org

     

    What could be wrong here?

    According to an e-mail, my account was suspended due to inactivity. Trying to log on, I find that my password doesn't work. Having reset the password and received the resetting code by e-mail, applying it generates the following message:

     

    "Password Reset

     

    Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department."
