I do, but I had renamed it a.htaccess so it shouldn't be in effect. There's a default one in the root, but it's blank. I just deleted everything and re-uploaded it, and no more errors; odd. I suppose we can mark this as solved.

My account is newly created. I am unable to access subdirectories (via browser) under my public html folder (created via ftp). I receive the following error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /uploads on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Shouldn't there also be default errordocuments created?
