I think it's not possble yet. The most people doesn't have the very fast connections to internet -
I have a P4 3.4GHz 64bit overclocked to 4GHz using watercooling, 1GB Ram, 370 GB HDDs and 19'' Nec flat monitor. It cost to me 2.000,0 Euro all the system
