Today, I've created a Heliohost account and when my cPanel account was activated (website not already created) I tried to connect but I failed many times because I did not know that the case of the username was sensitive. So now, my IP is banned and I need to use a proxy to access my account. A solution ? Problem Resolved, thanks anyway
