Thanks Bill, that's probably it. I only set up the parked domain a couple of hours ago (the DNS settings were changed about 36 hours ago). I had assumed the parked domain settings would take effect immediately since that's what happened at my last host.

I just signed up a couple of days ago under "" and set up a parked domain for "" using the DNS given on the main HelioHost site. The website shows fine but when going to my parked domain name it goes straight to the "Account Queued" page instead of correctly showing my site.
