Hello,

before about 3 months i had an account with Heliohost and it was great but i left it because i went to a paid host for some reasons, and before 3 days i registered again because i left that paid host because the most times the site was down so i thought of coming back to you guys.

But when the domain and the account started working (today) i cant login into CPanel for some reason. I tried reseting my password but i got no email (checked spam). So could somebody please reset my password?

Account info:

CPanel Username: crysis

Domain Name: Delta-Hax.co.cc

Email: CRYSISX2000@gmail.com

O right ok, is this the same principal for when I try and login to the website Cpanel. It comes up and says "Login Attempt Failed!"

 

Also will there be fixed ads on the website when I make it?

You need to ways 1-2 days for the cpanel to work too

Hi I am new here and just setup my account. I have a co.cc account and linked it to my new account here but when I type the url: in the web browser it comes up and says,

 

Please set up the domain in 48 hours. If not, we will cancel the registration

 

Could someone please assist me with this?

You need to wait like 1-2 days for the domain to fully redirect to heliohost nameservers.

Because nobody was looking at the old one (because it was moved and reply status werent being updated), i made a new thread..

Why not use crysisx2?

because as is asid up, i used live email (hotmail) and hotmail doesnt allows emails from here to be send (idk why), and i didnt knw what to do cause my mass wasnt working and requested a new password (via cpanel) and the password wasnt sent anywhere so the account is gone..

Ok, but could you delete the old one and activate the new one please?

i had created a crysisx2 account but, for email i used my hotmail (msn) and i didnt got activation emails at all so i thought i forgot my password and requested a new one but as i said hotmail server blocks all emails from here or something and the account was lost so i left it because i couldnt even register at forums and request help

i made an account some days ago, everything ok waited for it to activate but it actually never got activated... and i got an email saying that it failed,

but the website is up, and that confuses me..
