  1. It won't let me recreate my account, first it said:

    Dear robev,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

    0

Sorry, the home directory for this user ( /home/robev ) already exists. Please move or delete it and try again or use the force option if available.

now when i try a different login it says:

    Dear robev33,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

    0

Sorry, a DNS entry for robbiewolfe.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

  2. Yay mine's working again! It appears in the parked domains. :)

However, if I don't have the www's it still leads to the account queue page : http://robbiewolfe.ca.

    http://www.robbiewolfe.ca works though! Thanks.

edit: Wait just a second. I can't update my website. Everything I update is changed on http://robbiewolfe.heliohost.org but not on http://www.robbiewolfe.ca . I have no idea why.

  3. Okay, so I've figured out the problem is that httpd.conf is not registering the new domains. What I'm going to do is suspend signups and try to rebuild httpd.conf from cPanel data and see if that fixes the issues. This won't be a permanent fix, but it should put all the domains that have already been registered into the system.

It will probably slow down the system a bit, so bear with me on this.

sounds good =) thanks for the update.

  4. my problem might be related to this issue because when I add a parked domain it isn't added to the list, but when I try again it says it is already added.

I've waited a while and my parked domain leads me to the account queue page:

    http://www.robbiewolfe.ca

but I uploaded all my files:

    http://robbiewolfe.heliohost.org

so I don't know if I did something wrong or if it is related to this error.
