I cannot log into cPanel, I signed up on Wednesday the 16th of July 2010, with the domain discoveryholidays.heliohost.org. I have not been able to log into cPanel since. My username is ml987.

When i go to the subdomains section in cPanel, I can only modify one subdomain, which I created a few weeks back. But I cannot modify the subdomains created today, but they are listed as subdomains in 'Create a Subdomain'. Is this just down to propagation?

My domain name is masters-pc.co.cc and Heliohost username mleach. Note that this does not happen all the time only occasionally.

Every time I visit my main site or the subdomain to that, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error with the text : The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@forum.masters-pc.co.cc and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.. But when I refresh the page it disappears. Can I have help to fix this please.

Does this mean that the severs will be permanently back online now? Because for the past two weeks I have only been able to access cPanel at 6.00pm(GMT) or later.
