The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. I have tried the following: 1. changing the cPanel password with ticking 'synchronise MySQL password' option; 2. signing out and in to the cPanel. 3. deleting and recreatig all database users I have managed to restore functionality for some databases, but 'igrec_zen470' is not available, or it might got deleted in the process (I can no longer see it in cPanel->MySQL). Would it be possible to restore this database? I also still get "Access Denied. Unable to establish a PHP session" when trying to open cPanel->myPhpAdmin. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The account has been reactivated, but the databases are not accessible (they show as having size 0 in cPanel->MySQL Databases). cpanel username: igrec server: stevie databases: igrec_siluj37, igrec_siluj76, igrec_zen470 Changing/updating a password for cPanel services does not help. I have also noticed that old Chrome 35 (Win XP) works instantly with the renew script (in my case confirming that it is already active), while in a relatively new Firefox 38 (CentOS Linux) it does not finish within 30 minutes. The loading status feature is really helpful though.

Thank you for the clarification. I used the second URL you provided and got suspended. The problem is that cPanel is opened in my browser by default and it requests the APACHE authorisation first when reloaded. I do not want to do anything unconventional, just being able to see in cpanel or in the home directory the last counted login. It certainly saves both your and user's time. Perhaps, it is too difficult to implement or the Heliohost staff is short of time. If it is a relatively straightforward PHP method, I am happy to contribute a script to your collection of http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/.

Thank you. But could I check the date of the last account activity-counter reset? Is it the date of ~/.lastlogin? Also, my understanding is that the form on www.heliohost.org/home just POSTs the access data to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/. Why using the latter address directly fails to update the counter? A post last year states that this should work fine. Has it been changed recently? UPDATE: I think, I have figured out the main reason for non-registered log-ins. Before the log-in form appears on http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.phpcp, a Basic HTTP Authentication request window appears that bypasses the conventional POST via /login/ script. I wonder if it is possible to disable this method and thus to avoid a missing log-in counter reset? To everyone, the sign of a registered log-in is a parameter ?post_login= after index.phpcp in the browser address field. If I am right, it is worth putting into the forum's FAQ. Still, any advice on checking the current account (log-in counter) status would be highly appreciated.

Could you please advise me whether accessing http://stevie.helioh...org:2082/login/ is not sufficient to keep the suspension counter renewed? (This forum's post suggests that it is.) I have last logged in just a week ago but today's email states that the last log-in was 30 days ago. Is there any way to check the date of the last log-in or account activity?
