This is still an issue When I try to Add-on domain clementineconner.com there is an error message that says "Error from park wrapper: clementineconner.com is already configured. " - It does not show up in my list of domains. A directory is created from Public_Html but I can't upload web pages. I can delete the directory but it does not help. Can tech support look at this?

My account and 3 domains disappeared over a week ago so I had to re-enroll. Two of the domains added just fine and I was able to FTP all the web pages for it. It is viewable. It was working until my account disappeared over a week ago.

Byron - yes it did show in the CPanel. It is now working. I removed the addon domain and recreated it. Everything is fine now. Thanks for your help!

Yesterday, I created a domain name with godaddy and set it up to point to the Heliohost name servers. I then greated an addon domain to my existing Heliohost account. I uploaded my new web page and verified it using File Manager. When I type in the domain name in the URL field of my browser I get the message "Not Found. The requested URL / was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error". I am using Firefox and I get a similar message using Internet Explorer. I am also using OpenDNS. I set the domain up on the evening of April 9. I think there may have been system maintenance occurring at that time. The addon domain is clementineconner.com. I have no problem with my other addon domains.

Everything is now working fine. Thanks to Software Advisor in Hong Kong who reported that it was working for them. That inspired me to switch to OpenDNS. The easy to follow instructions helped me to update my router to their addresses. I had access to my sites one minute later. I don't know what happened to the Verizon servers and I don't care.

I tried other browsers and I had friends try to open the sites from their computers but to no avail. I am able to access my accounts at heliohost. I am using DSL through Verizon.net. My directories all have permissions of 755 but the html files have a permission of 644. This is setup by heliohost. The Web sites are: Connergenealogy.co.cc and Baberuthgenealogy.co.cc. I have checked my account at co.cc and the name servers are pointed correctly. Help?

Yes, I have been able to access my Heliohost account - When Heliohost is up and running. I noticed that Heliohost.org has been down for the last 2 hours as of 7:30 PM EST.
