That domain doesn't exist on either server. Are your sure that's the domain of your account? What is your Heliohost username? That's quite strange. I can access my cpanel and I'm pretty sure that's my domain. Yes, that's me. I've tried that hostname, but it doesn't connect. I think I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it will work. I changed the dns about 4 hours ago, so maybe it just needs more time.

Hi, I'm trying to log into my account through Fetch. I'm using the hostname (ftp.yudesigndesign.heliohost.org) and my username and password. However, for some reason, I can't log in. Am I doing something wrong? I've already changed my DNS to heliohost's. My second problem is with the email. I set up an email with my website. I can send emails but I can't seem to receive. I'm wondering why this is happening and how this can be solved. Thanks! -Jess
