Hmmmm..... I thought those were higher level DNS servers. I don't want my whole domain to be resolved by heliohost. My registrar allows me to specify different IPs and names for my third level domains and I figured if I put the heliohost DNS in it would resolve correctly. For example, I have an ftp sub domain that I want to go to a completely different server. My mail sub domain I want to go to ghs.google.com (google apps mail). Incidentally, I tried pointing the www domain to the IP that cpanel reports as my shared ip and this worked. I think I'll continue on with this approach unless someone has a better idea. So my problem was I was having my DNS resolve my www domain to ns1.heliohost.org instead of telling it to ask helihost's DNS to resolve it. I don't see any way to accomplish what I'm looking for through cPanel so I think I'll continue not using the heliohost DNS and just pointing my www sub domain to the server my account it hosted on. Thanks papukai for pointing out my error so I could realize what I was doing wrong. Sorry it took so long for me to smarten up.
