  1. It's working now, also I got a reply from Cloudflare:

    Hi,

This looks like a case of your web host/web server blocking one of our IP's, I had a look at our logs and can see all the 522 errors from this time were returned from one specific server:

216.218.192.170 nc: connect to originip port 80 (tcp) timed out: Operation now in progress

I ran this test twice to ensure this wasn't a one off and the same IP timed out both times, I also observed high amounts of packet loss which is expected as one of our IP's is being blocked at your origin server:

    Start: Thu Oct 20 15:12:14 2016

In order to fix this issue you will need to ensure your server/web host whitelists all of our IP's, our IP's can be located here.

I hope this information helps fix the issue but if you are still having issues after whitelisting our ip's please let us know.

    Kind Regards,

Do you think at that moment it was a temporarily IP block or routing problem?
but it was quite strange as only 1 css style sheet could not load while the rest loaded just fine.

  2. Hi would it be possible for Helio to completely whitelist all cloudflare IPs?

I'm having some problem accessing one of my sites through one of cloudflare server i'm guessing the IP got auto blocked by stevie because of too many request made by the location server (definitely not just from my site as i don't get alot of visitors) for other users sites also.

  3. Hi, Can any admin please check if there are any backups to one of my database which was unfortunately effected by the InnoDB crash.

    cPanel Username: jeremy93

    Hosted Server: Stevie

    Database Name: jeremy93_primesquad3

Database used for: Wordpress + custom tables.

If there is a backup can it please be restored and converted to MyISAM.

    Thanks

  4. Your account has been unsuspended. Let us know if you need help with it or if you want to know your current load. Krydos can provide that information if you want to see if your fix worked.

I've completely removed the scripts which i suspect was causing the load.

The only stuff i'm running now are basic php site and wordpress sites, It should be okay right?

  5. Causing high server load. Second suspension. 311% more load than #2, and 171% more memory.
Based on the above, you are the heaviest user on Stevie by a significant amount. This amount of load causes a rather large impact in the other thousand plus users on Stevie. Are you ready to fix the cause of this? I'll unsuspend you when you say you are ready. If you get suspended again for load, you will likely not be unsuspended a third time. If you need help to locate the source of the load, let us know. Krydos can tell you what file caused it.

Yes i think i know what is the problem and am ready to fix it.

  6. Here is your load for the last week as a rank of users on your server. 1 means you were the highest load, so larger numbers mean less load and less chance of your account being suspended. Heliohost users can cause as much load as they want, but if the server's overall load gets too high and the performance of all of the accounts on that server start to degrade the system may be forced to suspend the highest load account to return to acceptable levels. Stevie is more sensitive to high load suspensions, which is part of the reason the uptime is better, and on Johnny users can cause a lot more load without being suspended.
     DATE CPU MEM ------------------- 2015-07-19 2 3 2015-07-20 1 2 2015-07-21 1 1 2015-07-22 1 1 2015-07-23 1 2 Suspended for ~4 hours. 2015-07-24 7 11 Suspended for ~10 hours. 2015-07-25 2 4

So, yes since your account was suspended for about half the day it definitely caused a lot less load for that day. Also note that on some of those days not only were you the highest load, but you were highest load by three or four times as much load as the second highest load account.

    Thanks for the information.

Usually when Stevie automatically suspends an account is it permanent or temporarily? If it's temporarily how does it calculate the amount to give to a suspension?

I only ask because i see there is a Suspended for ~4 hours. notice there, just wondering how it calculates.

  7. Here's your top 3 for today:

    /home1/jeremy93/public_html/coc2u.cf/player.php
    /home1/jeremy93/public_html/coc2u.cf/clan.php
    /home1/jeremy93/public_html/coc2u.cf/s-results.php

    Yesterday it was:

    /home1/jeremy93/public_html/coc2u.cf/player-village.php
    /home1/jeremy93/public_html/coc2u.cf/s-results.php
    /home1/jeremy93/public_html/coc2u.cf/player.php

The load is all coming from coc2u.cf

Is today's load the same as yesterday's load or lower?

  8. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

    Thanks.

Can i please know which file or script that is causing the high load for my account so i can make changes?
