  1. Hi,

Seem to have problems with everything: email, ftp and web site.

    username: stp

    domain: worldenterprises.cu.cc

    server: stevie

The email is not working. Can't login from my client and goint through cpanel / SquirrelMail I don't see any messages.

Can't login via ftp though I can see all my files via the cpanel file manager

My web site url is redirecting to a blank page at http://15647b.bodisp....com/Zm9yY2VTUg with the words 'invalid request'.

Other .cu.cc domains I own still continue to work normally.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks.

  2. Hi,

I can't get access to my email either using an email client or via the web interface. The message is that I have exceeded my 500mb max quota. However, unless I've received a huge amount spam in the last 24 hours I can't see how that can be possible. I'm guessing maybe something weird in my inbox but I'm currently powerless to check.

    Any suggestions.

    Many thanks

    steve

  3. I just got a problem with my only mailing list on Stevie (using Mailman set up via Cpanel.)

Had the list a while, don't use that often. Today when posting to the list the message was bounced back: "permanent error. local delivery failed".

Logged into Cpanel and followed the link to the list. When I tried to login with the list admin password I got

We're sorry, we hit a bug! Printing of traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.

    This happened several times.

Back in Cpanel I tried to create a new list but it wouldn't let me.

Not sure what to try next. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks

  4. Ah, OK thanks.

Interestingly, since you did this, I kept getting an browser error message initially. I tried page refresh and emptying the browser cache but nothing changed.

Then, after reading something on a web site about that error message I re-configured my machine from using Google's DNS to Open DNS and now I get through to the Heliohost 'account queued/24 hours' message.

In case anyone else has that problem Open DNS are at these IPs: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
