So I want to encrypt my website with Let's Encrypt... I searched on YouTube 'lets encrypt cpanel' and those videos have a Let's Encrypt button at the security section and I can't seem to find it inside the Tommy cpanel page...

I accidently locked myself out trying to guess my FTP password. Cpanel tells me to wait a few minutes and try again but it is been hours and still I'm locked. I could use my phone to login but not my 2 home pcs.
