i tried all, i put my vps ip and %, but i cant connect my vpn to the databse

do i need to add the ip of my vps after the % sign? %192.xxx.xxx.xxx?

i tried to connect my vpn to to the database of my heliohost account, but it failed to connect i don't know why or how to fix it, but when i try other hosting the vpn connects, im sorry im not good in english

can i use heliohost for vpn control panel?
