  9. Here is the error: "Mail can't verify the identity of the server "johnny.heliohost.org". The interesting thing about this is the error will not allow me to check my my baby.alex mailbox on my Mac Pro (High Sierra)---everything else on the Mac is working properly.

  12. Hi, When trying to change my primary domain from groovetunez.tk to groovetunez.ga as a result of changing servers I get the following error: A DNS entry for “groovetunez.ga” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Could someone please remove the DNS entry for groovetunez.ga so I can then change my primary domain? Thank you.
  13. Okay, it got locked again. I have now removed all mailboxes from all my devices, and once unlocked I will add them back one at a time. Sorry for this...please unlock again.

  15. The IP address 67.166.255.159 has been blocked for trying to log in to POP3 with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your email client username and password are correct. You won't be able to continue to cPanel until an admin unblocks you. Please unblock me...
