  1. 1. I read, probably one of the only ones, in it's entirety and agreed to the terms of service when signing up. So, please, don't assume that I don't know that you "will not be held responsible for loss of content, revenue, or traffic in the event of a systems failure." 2. Your response was posted at 1:04AM it is now 7:22 AM my time. Johnny is still down. 3. If you are the only one working on Johnny, and it sounds like you are, kindly stop responding to my "raving" and get to it. There are quite a few users that are going to stay with your service that need that server up. As of this post I am no longer a user of your services. 4. Your response made me hungry for ice cream.
  2. Johnny is STILL down, and according to the server monitor that an administrator pointed me to, it has been down for hours. Not 10 minutes. "Downtime was less than 10 minutes and as usual it was due to high load. It's working fine now. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/" - Administrator Please don't offer services you cannot back up with actual up time. I am deleting my account and will tell anyone I hear of that is planning on using your service to go else where. You obviously cannot get it right. Oh, and feel free to delete this comment like you did my last, that was politely asking to have my files, not so polite this time. You should be shut down.
  3. I just need to pull the files off my account. Johnny is down again do to heavy load. I really need to finish working on these files and have not been able to for some time. Can an administrator please zip up the files from my account and sent them to the accounts email address? I understand the whole free thing just didn't expect this much down time. Sorry, thanks. Maybe I am reading the 24 hour log wrong that shows Johnny down/heavy load time since 4:40-4:45 AM? That is a long 10 minutes.

  5. Hello, I have been trying to view, edit , and backup the site I have on the Johnny server and it has been down for a few days, as far as I know, any idea on when it might be back up again? I am also looking to change servers because Johnny seems, as I have read, very unstable because of what is installed on the machine. I will follow the instructions for change of server posted elsewhere. Thanks EDIT: Just read a post from the Administrator that Johnny is being worked on. Thank you for the update.
  6. Hello, I have seen that the Johnny server is down again today. I tried Friday to get in and saw that the server was down then as well. I read an earlier post that the Johnny server was back up and running yesterday and understand that Johnny is a little more volatile because of the services that it hosts as opposed to the other two. Any time frame that Johnny may be brought back online? Thank you.
