Hi Heliohost! I hope I didn't do anything wrong for causing my account to be suspended... Thanks in advance for your help! Here's the information: a. karl2000 b. stevie c. faktor.helihost.org Best, Karl Oh, I just found the .htaccess in my public_html folder causing the redirect to the "suspended account" page. Is it okay if I just delete that file and re-setup my own .htaccess? Greets, Karl
