I want to delete my account in heliohost.org. But it says could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active. Kindly help with deletion ... Thank you!

Hi .. i clicked the link , made the site renewed . But still jeecare.com shows account suspended page. and also i couldn't log on to my cpanel using my password. Reset password din't work . Confirmation code email not coming instantly. and i need to login to my cpanel soon as possible. PLEASE HELP/..

I couldn't access my account on johnny.. i couldn't login to cpanel . or thru' FTP too.. MY user name is : jeecare . I have tried password reset . but the activation code which came in the email having no reaction. Nothing comes. Its urgent for me.. i din't have backup also..
