Hi,
My username is bindo, and my websites associated with heliohost nameservers are failing to resolve.
Are there any issues specifically with my account?

Hi,
Since I saw "SSL/TLS Manager" in my Cpanel account, I took a free non commercial SSL certificate from StartSSL.
After I added this certificate, I when I connect to my website, I am getting error:
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
And StartSSL forum says its because SSL is not enabled[1]
Is it possible to get it enabled with heliohost for free ?

Hi,
My account was suspended, but not incorrectly. But the problem is that I can't enable it back. The page waits at "Reactivating account"
I doubt if this has something to do with me redirecting my domain aurabindo.in to something not in heliohost. However, I still need to use heliohost, for lets say, aurabindo.in/old
Can you please tell me what is the solution ? Let me know if you need more details.

As the heading says, I cant install ghost blogging platform using softaculous. After the "Chekcing submitted data" step, I get the error message:
The following errors were found :
- Error installing node modules ! This generally happens due to less memory.
I have enough memory left. I have just used about 8 MB out of the 500 MB I have.
Do aybody know whats the issue?

Newbie here.
When I log into my Cpanel, there is this entry, "Shared IP : 216.218.192.170" in the left panel along with lot of other stuff.
And when i go there, the page shows "Helio host account queued". But i have no problem using my account, its perfectly working well at aurabindo.in
So what is this Shared IP ?

Thanks for the info. I was aware of the server failure. But even then, the nameservers were working fine, and only the hosting was having issues. I changed my ns to a temporary setup now. Are the heliohost name servers going to be back with the same data? Or should I create a new account ?
