I subscribed at heliohost.org 4-5 months ago, suddenly my acc wasn't available anymore, even the domain got unsregistered.

I joined again, i found a little changes in sign up procedure, It's been about a month since then. still there is no activation mail, but the site opens and i can't access CPanel, the "forgot password" option also doesn't work...

Would you please djbob active my account, i'll really appreciate that.

Here is the story, about 3 months ago i registered at http://heliohost.org. everything was perfect till the url said there is no such page. so i registered again but this time i don't remember my password(because of the powered security password checker with numbers and ...) what should i do?
