Hi, I subscribed at heliohost.org 4-5 months ago, suddenly my acc wasn't available anymore, even the domain got unsregistered. I joined again, i found a little changes in sign up procedure, It's been about a month since then. still there is no activation mail, but the site opens and i can't access CPanel, the "forgot password" option also doesn't work...
