Username: stephen7455, Server: Morty2, Main domain: stephen7455.helioho.st This doesn't make any sense. I just got another message: "Could not secure domains of stephen7455 (login stephen7455) with Let`s Encrypt certificates. Please log in to Plesk and secure the domains listed below manually. Securing of the following domains has failed: ** 'Lets Encrypt alvarezproject.fyi' [days to expire: 26] ** [-] alvarezproject.fyi" But when I log in and look at the certificate info I see "SSL/TLS Certificate for alvarezproject.fyi Certificate Name Lets Encrypt alvarezproject.fyi Valid To June 15, 2026 Will be automatically renewed" So this is saying it has a current certificate and it will be renewed on June 15. So why all the messages? And... the domain doesn't open anyway. Along with a few others I have. Like... andrewofswinleyforest.fyi adventuresofjediandus.fyi and adventuresofjediandazorr.fyi the last 2 probably don't matter that much as currently I have no plans to use them except for testing and will remove them at some time. They both blend into a completely different story and will reappear at some time under a completely different name. Still writing that one if I can get back to it. The andrew one I am still thinking about but it might run OK at some point. Or I might make some small change in the name. That story is completed but just might need some small changes. Or not. Still thinking about that. Stephen Buckley

[HH#145952] Dear Support Team, Got it! Thank you for the formatting tips regarding the links, lists, and quotes. I will make sure to follow them carefully so the emails display correctly. Just to be completely sure, am I officially registered as part of the volunteer support team now? If so, I am ready to start! I have two options in mind to begin helping: 1. I can start translating the website content into Spanish. 2. I can start answering user questions on the forums. Please let me know which of these tasks you would prefer me to focus on first, or if there is another priority you need help with. Best regards, HelioHost Username: a2025 -

This hosting was only for building the site, and once it was finished, it would be converted to paid hosting with the same company. We believed this company was a large one that respects data and ensures file security. That's what we thought. However, we already have paid hosting on AWS for $30 per month, but there's no need for this argument. All we need now is the website, and we will definitely not be dealing with you again. This is our response. ?? ????????? ?? ???? ????, ?:?? ? Username: mohamedabdelshaf, Server: Morty, Main domain: rvan.net Hello, I downloaded a copy of the website, but it's not the latest version. This is a huge problem because the website was working and had many modifications. The file I downloaded isn't the final version that was working on the rvan.net domain hosting. I would appreciate it if you could help me get the final, working version as soon as possible. A significant amount of money was spent on developing this version.

[HH#975568] Password Reset Email/Link Difficulty
HelioHost replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
Got it. Sorry, I was under the impression I had to log in at least once a month or my account would be deactivated. That was why I was trying to log in so that my account wouldn't be inactivated for not logging in. It just registered with me that accounts on Johnny wouldn't be able to log in or request a new password as Johnny is down. I replied separately to the message about Johnny going down requesting to be moved to Morty while Johnny is rebuilt/brought back online. Primarily, I just want to make sure my account isn't deactivated for not logging in once a month. I appreciate the free hosting and volunteers that put the time in to keep HelioHost going and support user accounts. Please let me know if I have to take any further action to be moved to Morty. Once my account is moved, I can retry my username and password. ________________________________ -

Username: arco, Server: Johnny, Main domain: arco.heliohost.us Hello, I'd be fine being migrated to Morty. I was actually having trouble signing in, so I'm not sure if that has to do with Johnny being down or not. Let me know what the options are to get back up and running while Johnny gets rebuilt. I sent a separate email because I was requesting a password reset and still hadn't receive one. Thanks for any help you can offer. Marc - user account "arco" ________________________________ From: HelioHost Sent: Saturday, May 9, 2026 12:23 PM To: arcivismal@hotmail.com Subject: Johnny Rebuild [HelioHost | Community powered free hosting for everyone.] [Namecheap Domains] [Billing]Hey Arcivismal, Johnny is going to be rebuilt over the next week or two. You're receiving this email because you have an active free account on Johnny, and your website is currently offline. Yesterday, we noticed Johnny was having issues, and powered him off to investigate. It turns out that a lot of files were missing, the master boot record was gone, and the partition table was destroyed. We managed to do some data recovery and then made backups of everything that was intact. You can download your backup from heliohost.org/backup if you want. Some of the backups will be missing the databases if they were not recoverable. If you're not seeing your data from the backup system, please let us know so we can see if there is anything else we can find for you. If you'd like to get your website back online as quickly as possible, we are willing to offer you a free Morty trial. If you're not familiar, Morty is our fastest server that normally costs $1 per month. Since your website is offline, we can put you on Morty for free until the Johnny server is back online. Once Johnny is ready, you can move back to Johnny for free, or if you'd prefer to stay on Morty, you can make a payment at that time. This is actually interesting timing, because Johnny was scheduled to be upgraded in the next month or two anyway, so we've just accelerated those plans due to the crash. If you're ok with your website being offline for a couple of weeks, no action is required of you, and you'll be able to stay on Johnny after the server is rebuilt. Since we're all unpaid volunteers and our free time varies depending on how busy our real jobs are, etc., we don't have an ETA on when Johnny will be finished, but we will be getting it done as quickly as we can. We are estimating it may take a week or two, but it could be longer depending on how many issues we run into along the way. Please reply to this email or click the Contact Support button below to let us know if you'd like to move to Morty for free. We'll do everything we can to get your website back online as soon as possible if you want to. Let us know if you have any questions.
