We've been around for more than 10 years, and our website was hosted freely, as a non-profit, by Flexihostings Australia (you can see at the bottom-right of our main website page that we mentioned that they are our sponsors). From June 1, 2020 Flexihostings, and because of their "re-branding", they decided to stop hosting all free non-profit websites on their hosting platform, unless we pay their normal high price. But, since our website is a small one, they just gave us a few more days to decide what to do, to pay or to get blocked. So, we want a very small free web hosting that supports PHP, we don't want any databases or any other special scripting language. It's only PHP. But, the main thing is that we want a high uptime. Moreover, after searching all the web we've found Heliohost to be the best. But, I am contacting you today since we've been trying to register in your Tommy's server and we couldn't. Furthermore, Ricky and Jimmy have very bad uptime. So, can you please help us to open an account at Tommy or the server that you know that has the best uptime for the domain lebanoninfocenter.eu.org ? We only need PHP and uptime, no need for any other languages or databases or high capacity storage, since our website is no more than 5 MB, even more lower than that and we don't have that high number of users. And, everything like weather reports and others we upload them by hand, using cpanel. We don't have any problem mentioning your support on our main page. I have been able to add .com/.net domains earlier without any assue so I am assuming there might be any issue validating .com.bd domains?

We're happy to announce that we've made some changes to the way Java access is installed on the Johnny server, and it seems to be having a very positive effect on the wait times. Java is one of our most popular services that we offer, but it uses a lot of memory, and the more people who have access to it the higher the memory usage becomes. We obviously have a finite amount of memory available on each server so we have to restrict who has access. To request access you just create an account on Johnny or Tommy and click the Java button in cpanel. Tommy accounts usually receive access within 24 hours, but the wait on Johnny is considerably longer. Prior to the changes on May 24th the wait time estimate for a Johnny account to receive Java access was a ridiculous 6 months! Since the changes that wait time has dropped drastically and now is sitting at about 45 days. Still a long wait, but much better than 6 months. If you need Java access as soon as possible it's still a good idea to create an account on Tommy, but the wait time is looking a lot better on Johnny too.
