    Hello HelioHost Support,

Thank you for your prompt support and for handling the situation so fairly.
    I truly appreciate it.

I'm perfectly happy to have the duplicate payment applied as an additional
two years of the Morty plan.

Alternatively, I would have been equally happy to leave the extra payment
as a small donation to support your work and the HelioHost project.

    Thank you again for everything.

    Kind regards,

    Gent Mecaj

  5. Hello,

I found your USDC address on the /donation page, but I am not sure which
    blockchain network it belongs to.

I understand that Coinbase is the platform where the wallet was created,
but that does not indicate which network should be used for USDC transfers.

Could you please check, or ask the person who created the wallet, which
network should be used for sending USDC?

    For example:

    - Ethereum (ERC-20)
    - BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)
    - Polygon
    - Base
    - Arbitrum
    - Optimism
    - Avalanche
    - Solana
    - or another network.

This information is very important to ensure that the transfer is made on
the correct network and to avoid any issues.

Thank you very much for your help, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards,

    Odilon

    Hello HelioHost Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I received the notification that my account and my brother's account were
    *suspended*.

I believe this happened because we both use the *same home Wi-Fi connection*,
so our accounts appear to be connecting from the same IP address.

We do not have duplicate accounts. We each have our own account:

    - *mgunlock*
    - *diarykely*

To avoid this issue in the future, we are both planning to upgrade our
accounts to the *Morty* plan for one year.

However, I no longer remember your USDT payment address. We previously
purchased one Morty subscription for one of our accounts, but I cannot find
    the payment details anymore.

Could you please send us your *USDT (TRC20)* payment address again?

Also, is it possible to pay *20 USDT* to cover a *1-year Morty subscription
for each of our two accounts*?

Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your reply.

    Kind regards,

    Odilon

  11. Alright, don't delete it; just delete the backup files on the hosting

Yes, I checked within Plesk (it wasn't there) and then I checked the heliohost.org/backup and I'm not sure whether that link refers to making the snapshot of the current state or if it's something that you snapshotted in the past. If it was a backup that you did, then I kindly ask you to remove it.

May I also request that you delete this support thread as well on the forum because it's showing both my email address and the domain name in the open, or if it's not possible, then please anonymize both.

    Thank you!
