Update: also getting an error when trying to upload the mysql backup from Stevie. The page loads for a very long time then returns: [Tried it twice]

I can't login to cpanel from the new website cpanel link. It says:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://stevie.heliohost.org:2083/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

However, http://cpanel.cesarmanara.com/ works just fine and I can login normally.

Well, I've backed everything up and will be ready for a reinstall then, but I'll give it a few more days to see if things become stable again.

Hi there, after Stevie came back online today my SMF has been throwing me a Database Error: "Operation not allowed when innodb_forced_recovery > 0." The forum is here.

From what I could read here it seems that it's something that you guys have to look into for me. I tried checking the database over cpanel and repairing it, didn't fix it.

Awesome, it worked! Registro.br allowed me to change the servers, I changed the main domain back to cesarmanara.com and whois.net already says livefloripa.com.br uses heliohost nameservers.
Everything is looking good, thank you very much for the help

@wolstech you mentioned changing the main domain back to the original one, then adding the new one as a parked domain. Can I add the new one as an addon domain instead of parked? (And still keep the ns info okay with registro).

Hi there, I just purchased a domain over registro.br and am trying to set ns1.heliohost.org as master and ns2.heliohost.org as slave 1. However, it is throwing me the following errors:

• Master: Unknown Domain
• Slave 1: Refused Search

How can I fix this?

I am not being able to access my database nimb_cenicas on the Stevie server. I believe it is not visible as other users posted already. I have already changed my cpanel password and it still does not show up on phpmyadmin nor remote connection via navicat.

Hi, I'm not being able to reset my cpanel password. My domain is cesarmanara.com and the login name is nimb.

I get the reset password email, input the confirmation code at the page requesting it and press send, but the page reloads and just asks for the code again.

Can someone reset it for me and mail it for my registered email adress?

Hi, I get this error when trying to upload anything to wordpress. Searching the web it apparently has something to do with the temp folder uploads go to after being uploaded that is configured at php.ini.

Hi, I believe something went wrong with my addon domain adding. But I could be wrong.

Let me say something right away, it haven't been 24h since I done it, but close to 24 now.

Now, I believe something is off because when I try to access it, I get to a page saying this: http://www.website-unavailable.com/main?wc=EWJsGghmBhlfDRBuBwsB&url=dota2brasil.org&servfail=&nref=&w=1920&h=955&ifc=0

I write this because with my previous experience just showed a page saying account queued, now it shows this, so I guess something *could* be wrong.

Can you please look into it or is this page normal? The nameservers are pointed correctly.

In DNS checker it just gives me the root servers(

on authority and additional section, nothing on answer.
